3 pm - we meet in Riga's centre to travel to "Pine Resort" Hotel
4 pm - check-in
6 pm - Introduction & dinner
9 pm - Reiki Circle & Sunset meditation on the beach
Day 2. Saturday 17 May
7.30 am - Early birds Forest Yoga & Meditation followed by breakfast
10 am - 1 pm - open conversations, practice, meditations
1.30 pm - lunch
Free afternoon - for natural walks on the beach or forest visiting local areas, connect with other participants. Have afternoon tea/dinner in local coffee shops, bars or restaurants of your choice.

7.30 am - Early Birds Forest Yoga & Meditation followed by breakfast & free time

followed by breakfast & free time
11 am - Check out & heading off towards Riga
