This spiritual retreat is designed to strengthen your confidence and deepen your self-connection, Set along the peaceful Baltic Sea, just 30 miles from Riga, Latvia, you'll stay in a cosy hotel surrounded by nature, only 50 meters from the beach.
Start your mornings with forest yoga (no experience needed), followed by shared Reiki practice, meditations, and open discussions to foster personal growth and a deeper sense of community.
Afternoons offer free time to explore the serene beach, pine forests, or the charming town of Saulkrasti.
Each evening, enjoy group Reiki sessions on the beach during breath taking sunsets.
On the final night, join us for a transformative Gong and Tibetan Sound Bath to release old patterns and embrace healing energy.

In the Retreat:

Early bird forest Yoga & meditation (no experience needed), and a short silent self-practice before breakfast.

On the last evening, a closing ceremony with a Gong and Tibetan balls sound bath for the group

A full refund is available up to 60 days before the retreat starts. The outstanding balance must then be paid.
