Welcome to Reiki Level I—an inspiring and life-changing experience! This beginner-friendly course is your first step into the world of energy healing. In the Japanese system of Reiki, this level is called Shoden, meaning "first teachings"—a beautiful introduction to the power of Reiki.
In this hands-on course, you’ll learn how to bring healing into your daily life, helping yourself and your loved ones using traditional Japanese techniques. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and brings a deep sense of peace. It helps you feel more positive, balanced, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges—all while connecting with your spirituality in a way that feels right for you, free from any religious ties.
No special skills or experience are needed—anyone can learn Reiki! All you need is an open heart and a willingness to explore something truly transformative. Join us for a day of healing, connection, and self-discovery alongside like-minded souls.
Your friendly and experienced Reiki Master will guide you every step of the way, making sure you feel confident using Original Japanese Reiki right from the start. You'll learn how to practice Reiki for yourself and share its healing benefits with your family and friends. Plus, your Reiki Master will always be available to answer any questions or offer support—even after your course!

You receive a manual and certificate of completion. You will learn Reiki in a small group of like-minded people (up to 6 people) to ensure you receive your teacher's attention.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class date - receive a 100% refund
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not receive a refund of the deposit but it can be used to attend our next available workshop. (applies only to your initial booking).
